  • We store all our non-QuickBooks data on Citrix ShareFile. Citrix ShareFile stores your files in secure, SSAE 16 audited datacenters. Our privately managed server farm is equipped with the latest firewalls and Internet security updates to help keep your data completely safe, and physical security measures from fingerprint scanners to ballistic-proof exteriors protect against theft and natural disaster.
  • All of our QuickBooks data is stored securely and safely with backups that are encrypted. Not only is it encrypted, but it is only accessed by authorized employees who hold personal passwords and log ins, and all of this activity is logged and tracked.

How do you charge me? Monthly? Credit card?

We accept all major credit cards along with checks. We also offer a large variety of monthly packages, or we can design a package specifically for you! We will send you an invoice each month to let you know when your payment is due and you can mail it to us, or stop by the office to make a payment.

We have our payroll certification with RTRP, which is through the IRS. We are also certified with the following QuickBooks programs: QB Desktop 2011-2015, QB POS, QB Enterprise and QB Online. To The Rescue also hold memberships with the following organizations: Rotary Club of Ocean Springs, NSTP (National Society of Tax Professionals), Cambridge Who’s Who, Biloxi Bay Chamber, Gulf coast Chamber of Commerce, Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce, Women Entrepreneurs of Mississippi, NAN (National Advisor Network), and all of our employees are certified QuickBooks Pro Advisors.
